Holding (Part 3)

Part 3 has improved the following
- enemy has three states: holding, attacking, and recovering
- enemy turns to look at player while holding
- enemy turns smoother
- enemy starts running and stops running smoother, not abrupt
- enemy wanders around you when you stand still in a random pattern
