Lighting Revelation


Everyone--I have received euphoria in regards to lighting in Unreal. I was having a problem with tiny cracks of light appearing in my level. I read through the following forum: https://forums.unrealengine.com/t/light-bleeding-a-little-through-wall-and-affecting-shadow/16017/13 and read that dynamic lighting reacts differently with geometry that is less than 2 cm wide. I simply increased the thickness of my walls from 0.12 (X scale) to 0.75. Amazing.
